We offer full refunds for all ticket purchases made through our platform, provided the refund request is submitted at least 48 hours (2 days) before the event start date. Refund requests received after this deadline cannot be processed.

Refund requests cannot be processed during this period. Tickets remain valid for entry.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the specified timeframe and meet the following criteria:
- The ticket was purchased directly through our official website
- The refund request is submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time
- The ticket has not been used or scanned for entry
- The original payment method is still active and valid
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order details: Order number, purchaser name, and the email address used for the purchase
- Specify the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

Once approved, refunds are processed through our payment partner, Thawani Pay. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Thawani Wallet: 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Tickets for which the refund deadline has passed
- Tickets that have already been scanned or used for entry
- Processing fees charged by payment providers (where applicable)
- Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers
- Complimentary or promotional tickets marked as non-refundable
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
Force Majeure & Organizer Cancellation
In the unlikely event that CHAPTERS Event 2026 is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund deadline. Alternatively, tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled date at the ticket holder's discretion.
6. Ticket Transfers
If you cannot attend but wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us at least 24 hours before the event. We can update the attendee name on the ticket at no additional cost. The ticket remains valid for the same day(s) originally purchased.
