Terms of Service

1.1 Eligibility

By purchasing tickets, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• The information you provide during purchase is accurate and complete
• You are purchasing tickets for personal use or as a gift, not for resale

1.2 Ticket Types

We offer the following ticket types for Chapters Event 2026:

• Single Day Tickets: Valid for entry on a specific day only
• Multi-Day Passes: Valid for entry on multiple specified days
• Group Tickets: Discounted rates for bulk purchases (10+ tickets)

1.3 Purchase Limits

To ensure fair access for all attendees, we limit ticket purchases to a maximum of 10 tickets per order. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in order cancellation.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through Thawani Pay, Oman's leading payment gateway. Accepted methods include:

• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
• Thawani Wallet
• Maal (Oman Net) debit cards
• Selected bank transfers

2.2 Pricing and Currency

All ticket prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once you complete your purchase, your ticket price is locked in.

2.3 Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Thawani Pay. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Thawani Pay's terms of service and privacy policy.

3.1 Ticket Validation

Entry to Chapters Event 2026 requires:

• A valid ticket (digital QR code or printed copy)
• A valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket holder name
• Compliance with all security screening procedures

3.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited at the event venue:

• Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives and multi-tools)
• Illegal substances and drugs
• Outside food and beverages (except for medical requirements)
• Professional cameras and recording equipment (without prior authorization)
• Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
• Laser pointers and flashlights
• Large bags or backpacks (exceeding A4 size)

3.3 Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the event without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward staff or other attendees
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with the event experience
• Unauthorized resale or attempted resale of tickets
• Unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation
• Violation of any local laws or regulations

4.1 Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Chapters Event 2026 is at your own risk. By entering the venue, you assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to:

• Risks associated with large crowds and public gatherings
• Exposure to loud music and lighting effects
• Personal injury or property loss
• Force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, or emergencies

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the event organizers, venue, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your attendance at the event.

4.3 Release and Waiver

By attending the event, you release and forever discharge the event organizers and venue from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your attendance, except for claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed at Chapters Event 2026are the property of their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the event without prior written permission.

By attending the event, you grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any photographs, videos, or recordings of you captured at the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

6. Event Changes and Cancellation

The event organizers reserve the right to:

• Modify the event schedule, lineup, or programming without prior notice
• Change the venue to a comparable location within Muscat
• Postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control
• Cancel the event in case of force majeure events

In the event of cancellation by the organizers (not including force majeure), ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. For force majeure cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during ticket purchase is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
